A simple and quick, yet flavorful and fulfilling sandwich! This sandwich is the definition of a "less is more".

Ingredients:
4 medium ripe tomatoes, sliced
½ cup mayonnaise
6-8 slices white bread, lightly toasted if desired
2 tbsp Sylvia’s Soulful Seasoned Salt
2 tbsp Sylvia’s Course Ground Black Pepper
Directions:
- Toast bread slices
- To assemble, spread generous dollops of mayonnaise on toast slices as desired.
- Slice tomatoes into at least 1/4” slices and pile high on the other slices of bread. One medium tomato per slice is a great ratio.
- Top with a generous pinch of seasoned salt and pepper. Top the tomato slice with the mayonnaise slice. Eat and enjoy!
