Ingredients:
1 Bag of Sylvia’s Cornbread Mix
2 cups blueberries
1 Egg
1/3 cup milk
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grease an 8-inch square baking dish.
- In a large bowl, add Sylvia’s Mix. Add blueberries and toss to coat.
- In a separate large bowl, beat eggs, milk, until smooth. Add the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
- Pour into the prepared baking dish. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
