Sylvia's Blueberry Cornbread

The easiest way to impress guests with little to no effort! Substitute with any fruit of your choosing. 

Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 25 minutes
Servings: 6

1 Bag of Sylvia’s Cornbread Mix 
2 cups blueberries
1 Egg
1/3 cup milk

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grease an 8-inch square baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, add Sylvia’s Mix. Add blueberries and toss to coat.
  3. In a separate large bowl, beat eggs, milk, until smooth. Add the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
  4. Pour into the prepared baking dish. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
