Ingredients:
Breading:
4 portioned salmon filets (3.5 ounces each)
½ cup Sylvia’s Fish Fry Mix for dredging
1 teaspoon prepared horseradish cream
3 tablespoons oil
¼ cup & 2 tablespoons water
½ cup Sylvia’s Fish Fry Mix for dusting
Tartar Sauce:
¼ cup diced fennel
¼ cup onion
1 tablespoon sweet relish
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 cup mayonnaise
¼ teaspoon Sylvia's Pure Black Pepper
Directions:

In a mixing bowl, combine ½ Cup fish fry mix, horseradish cream, oil, and water. Place the portioned salmon fillets into the mixture to coat. Then roll or dust the salmon portions with the remaining ½ Cup fish fry mix.

Place on a baking sheet or into the air fryer. Bake 20 minutes in the oven at 350 degrees, or 15 minutes in the air fryer at the same temperature. Turn the fish halfway through cooking to promote even browning.

Prepare the tartar dipping sauce by combining all the listed ingredients together. Serve chilled.
