Make Sylvia's homemade, oven-baked fish sticks for a crispy, tender, flaky, and delicious midday meal! Strips of fish are covered in Sylvia's Fish Fry Mix and Sylvia's Lemon Pepper Seasoning for the perfect kid-friendly recipe. Serve with a side of fries!

Ingredients:
Sylvia's Fish Fry Mix
1 pound cod fillets cut into 1-inch strips
1 teaspoon kosher salt
½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Sylvia's Lemon Pepper Seasoning
Tartar Sauce
Instructions:
- Heat oven to 400°F and cover a baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray the foil with nonstick spray. Spray a metal rack and place it over the baking sheet. Set aside.
- Rinse cod fillet in cold water and shake off excess water.
- Roll fish into Sylvia's Fish Fry Mix until evenly coated. You can even shake it directly in the bag for easier clean up.

Place the coated fish stick on the prepared rack/baking sheet and repeat the process with the remaining fish sticks.

Spritz the fish with olive oil or butter-flavored cooking spray.

Place the fish in the oven and bake 6 minutes. Turn the fish sticks over and spray with oil or cooking spray.

Bake another 6-10 minutes or until the fish begins to flake easily with a fork.

Transfer cooked fish to a serving tray, sprinkle with Sylvia's Lemon Pepper Seasoning and serve immediately with a side of Homemade Tartar Sauce.
